The senior roles we actually fill
Searches from Associate Director to C-level across life sciences. Each page below covers what the role really requires, why the search stalls, and how we run it.
Beyond the pages above
The pages above are the searches we are asked for most often, not the limit of what we run. The common thread across our work is level and difficulty rather than function: senior roles, usually Director and above, that have proven hard to fill.
We also regularly place:
- Associate Director roles across clinical operations, development, quality and safety
- Clinical data management and biostatistics leadership
- Study start-up, TMF and inspection readiness specialists
- Program and portfolio management leadership
- Medical affairs and medical science liaison leadership
- General management and C-level roles at small and mid-size companies
What we do not run
We do not work pre-clinical or discovery searches, and we do not work regulatory affairs searches. Both are genuine specialisms with their own networks, and taking the search only to learn the market on your timeline would not serve you.
Not on the list? Send it anyway. If it is senior, in life sciences, and has proven hard to fill, it is probably in scope. If it is not, you will hear that on the first call.
Have a role that has not moved?
Tell us what the search looks like today, what has been tried, and where it keeps breaking down. You will get a straight answer on whether this is one we can fill.
Let us look at the search
Tell us the role, the level, and how long it has been open. If it is one we can fill, you will know quickly. If it is not, you will hear that too.
