We work a small number of senior searches at a time. If your background fits one of them, you will hear from us directly rather than through a job alert.
Most of the people we place were not looking. That is the nature of senior search: the person who is right for a VP of Clinical Operations role is usually doing that job well somewhere else.
So this is not a job board and we are not going to send you a weekly digest. What we do keep is a working network of senior clinical and life sciences professionals, and when a search matches, we call.
Who we typically work with
- Clinical operations leaders from Manager and CTM through Director and VP
- Clinical development and medical leadership, including physician roles
- Quality assurance, GCP compliance, and inspection readiness
- Drug safety and pharmacovigilance
- Biometrics, clinical data management, and biostatistics
- Senior CRAs with sponsor-side experience
We do not work pre-clinical or regulatory affairs searches, so if that is your background we are unlikely to be useful to you.
How we work with candidates
A few commitments, because the industry standard here is low:
- Your resume does not go anywhere without your say-so. Not to a client, not to a job board, not into a database another firm can buy.
- You will be told the company name before you agree to be submitted. Every time.
- You get the honest version of the role, including why it has been open a while and what the last person found difficult.
- If we are not going to be useful, we say so rather than keeping you warm for a search that does not exist.
